SVDC builds custom concrete pools with high-strength reinforced shells built to resist hydrostatic pressure from both sides. We're a Sealbond-accredited applicator. We apply crystalline waterproofing and epoxy systems to the manufacturer's exact specification, so you get a leak-proof finish.
Every pool project includes proper mechanical design: skimmer and main drain layout, pump room sizing, return jet placement, and backwash drainage. The system works reliably on day one and for years after.
The most common pool problem is leaking. Most leaks come from poor waterproofing application, not structural failure. Our Sealbond accreditation means we apply crystalline and epoxy systems the right way: correct surface prep, proper thickness, and enough curing time between coats.
