A properly built perimeter wall gives you security, privacy, and soil stability. A poorly built one settles, cracks, and fails. SVDC designs and builds perimeter structures for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties across Batangas and the wider Calabarzon region.
Every fence or wall we build starts with proper footing design. Footing depth and width depend on soil conditions, wall height, and whether the structure must hold lateral earth pressure. Skipping this step is why fences lean, crack, and collapse. We don't skip it.
For sloped properties, eroding embankments, and shoreline boundaries, riprap is one of the most cost-effective protection methods available. We build both loose-stone and grouted riprap to DPWH specifications, using graded boulders that break up water energy without washing away.
We use correct footing designs, steel reinforcement, and quality concrete on every perimeter structure. Plastering, coping, and finishing are included where specified. For retaining walls, we always add drainage weep holes to relieve pressure behind the wall.
