Building retrofitting is one of SVDC's most specialized services. We're currently working on retrofitting projects on a 5-storey commercial building in Quezon City and the Armal Building in Pasig. We've also completed a government retaining wall retrofit at SSS Baguio.
As an accredited applicator for Sealbond Chemical Industries, SVDC is certified to apply MAXICARB carbon fiber reinforcement systems. This is one of the most technically demanding retrofitting methods available for Philippine structures.
We check the existing structural condition and choose the right method. We prepare engineering documents and carry out the works, whether the building is occupied or needs temporary shoring.
