SVDC is fully registered and accredited. We bid on and complete government contracts under RA 9184, the Government Procurement Reform Act. Every government project we take on follows DPWH standards, full documentation, and milestone-aligned progress billing.
Government work means delivering what was promised, on schedule, to the approved specs, with documentation that survives audit. We've built the field and office capacity to do that. This includes daily progress reports, materials testing, and coordination with inspecting engineers and agency staff.
Our active projects include structural retrofitting of a 5-storey building in Quezon City and the Armal Building in Pasig City. Both are complex seismic strengthening jobs that need specialized methods and close accountability.
SVDC holds complete contractor registration and accreditation for government procurement. We keep the documentation practices, materials testing, and progress reporting that government clients require.
