SVDC Construction expanded into infrastructure and site development in 2022 to meet growing demand across Batangas and the wider Calabarzon region. Since then, we have delivered road construction, bridge works, drainage systems, and large-scale retaining structures for both private clients and government agencies.
Civil works are unforgiving. Poor drainage leads to flooding. Undersized road bases crack under load. Improperly grouted riprap fails in heavy rains. Our team applies DPWH standards to every project because that's what lasts.
We're BIR and DTI-registered. We bid on and complete government-funded projects and give private clients the same accountability.
Private or public, the standards should be the same. SVDC applies DPWH specifications to every project: material quality, compaction, structural design, and drainage gradients. Infrastructure that cuts corners is infrastructure that fails.
